Shepherd Pathway's rehabilitation programs include a full Day Program, a Residential Program and an Outpatient Program. Whether a person participates in one, several or all of them will depend on his or her needs and goals, as well as ability levels.
The Day Program continues your rehabilitation track from an inpatient program or from the community and provides ongoing assessment and therapeutic intervention. Read more.
The Residential Program offers an 11-bed facility with full supervision for those who cannot live alone or with family. This program provides day therapy, as well as weeknight and weekend activities. Read more.
Shepherd Pathways is often called upon to provide expertise in one aspect of care or evaluation on an outpatient basis. Patients may come for only one service during a period of time, or they may return for other services, as necessary, even years after their original illness or injury. Read more.
In addition, Shepherd Pathways offers supported living services, such as short-term respite care, which provides temporary support for caregivers of people with brain injury. Lengths of stay can range from one to 30 days. Read more.
